  1. For those worried about getting older, there is more to life than being able to bench press 300lbs and being able to jump high. You may even discover you are happier being 50 and financially stable than 20s and living paycheck to paycheck.

  2. Try mixing some Potassium Iodine in water and drink it every day (10mg). Let me know if it helps. When I started doing that was when I finally had the motivation to learn to code again in a serious way. Was it coincidence? Maybe, but I don't think so.

  3. You could freelance and travel. I did that in my early 30s. You may not make 250K + benefits, but you'll be making more than enough to travel and live well.
