  1.  @ThePmfatima  That's quite bad. Remember that hydrogen was being generated from electricity. Generating the initial electricity itself is already not very efficient, so hydrogen is adding another cycle of that by going back into chemical energy.

  10. Musk is not in the same ballpark. There is a difference between being misleading and outright fraud. If you have a car that drives itself, predicting it will reach higher levels of self driving can be explained as optimism (whether it is or isn't). If you have robots which use AI, which Tesla does, you can predict that one day they will improve and be worth so many dollars. To have a clear case of fraud you must prove that Elon knew for a fact a claim was incorrect. Unlike Ms Holmes, he knows how to play the long game.
