Coffee reminded him of Coffeezilla and it stressed him out.

"A rapid transit janitor who makes $235,000 per year" What a load of sh*t!! If janitors were all making $235K what a different world this would be.

"trading an investment he should not be qualified to me". Yes, we are all the SEC's children now (according to them).

TL;DW Decades of leftist policies ruined the place

Just don't put money into any e-banks he promotes and you'll be fine.

Gosh is there anything the government can't solve? They can single-handedly make mortgage affordable, lower rent, and fight inflation in one go! ;)

It likely means Graham doesn't turn on bot filters. Perhaps so the bots he wants can also post? Not sure.

I'm glad to see more people waking up to how bullshit this platform is. Speak with Odysee, they will automatically upload all your videos from Youtube.

Good luck getting that sold in this market.

Is this the coffee company where people invested a lot of money and lost access to their funds? Or was that another business venture? I definitely remember a biank of some sort where people deposited money and lost it all.

Hey Graham, get a life!

Another way to think of passive income being taxed less, is that money was already taxed once. You already earned that income, put it into an investment, and now the government gets to tax it a second time as that investment grows.

Don't worry deficits will take care of that.

Hahaha you poor!

He says that alot, it's not that special anymore.

I don't understand luxury real estate at all. It is all one big flex, and now you're stuck with major maintenance costs. If you're going to buy that much real estate, make it a productive asset.

I disagree on the first "myth". When I pay off my balance completely my credit score goes down
1
David When you check your credit (I use Experian) does it provide you a utilization rate? Is it more than zero?
1
David Aha. When mine went down to 0% the score dropped. What I have to do it either buy something immediately after the auto pay (if paid in full) or just pay manually down to a small amount. I still don't pay interest, I guess there is a grace period.

I'm not going to watch the video, but let me just tell people for those who are too lazy to watch... Nobody knows how to budget.
1
@GrahamStephan Ok I watched it, turns out there was more to the story
