  2. "The problem is greed". Greed is always there, it is what drives the system. So no that isn't the problem, the problem is not allowing greed to help instead of hurt. Greed helps when it motivates people to build more houses onto the market. More supply means lower prices. It helps when the federal reserve stops pumping easy money into the economy (which it has down nonstop for decades now!) that drives up home prices. Those are the real causes, blaming human greed is like blaming air for a tornado. It is always there.

  4. It's a shame that Russia isn't a democracy, because as we've seen in the last 20 years a democratic super power would never invade other sovereign nations or create a refugee crisis in the Middle East through North Africa.

  5. It is already starting to decline because the fed (surprisingly) has been consistent on keeping interest rates up. If they are able to keep rates up long enough (or if cities drastically increase supply) prices will continue to fall.
