@eliascontreras1951 Sure but my point food timing is essential. Studies have shown eating all throughout the day to night, even with the same foods shows a difference in gut health.

@GreenGorgeousness More like he was vilified by big money interests and the pro-vaccine mob. They act like he is a total fraud simply because they found an issue with his methodology and forced a retraction, which he later corrected and re-published. They try to do the same thing with any whistleblower, like Dr. William Thompson from the CDC. They do all they can to downplay and dismiss the truth.
