Richard Maunder It does seem like we are letting in fewer people from Europe each year, based on this info site I just looked at: http://www.immigrationpolicy.org/just-facts/how-united-states-immigration-system-works-fact-sheet I honestly had no idea we limited immigration from certain countries. But I think it is still possible for you to get in.. Just need to try it early in the year before the "quota" is met, and demonstrate that you have some sort of useful skill. Or you could tell them that you fear for your life in the U.K. and want asylum in the U.S.. lol. Or you can marry an American woman.. Spouses of U.S. citizens seem to be able to come in without issue.

My nephew couldn't even tell me who the U.S. fought in the Revolutionary War (best he could do was "redcoats.") Despite the nearly infinite knowledge at our fingertips these days, people in the world just seem to keep getting dumber <sigh>

  4. Will M I'm just saying that this being a "forgotten" weapon or not depends on who you talk to. In my case, I have been around firearms for a long time and I had never even heard of the jungle carbine, until Hickok did a video on one a year or so ago. Granted, I was never really into Lee Enfields. If I was I would have heard about these a long time ago.
