I don’t understand the outrage or the need for an explanation. Was it bc it was a patriotic towel or that they thought it was the American flag on the ground?

@ThisCharmingMan1984 it is disrespectful to put the American flag on the ground or to fly it upside down. It disrespects the people who have died for our freedoms. If people are being triggered bc of a towel that has the American flag on it, then they need to grow tf up and leave this country

@donnamccully1703 thank you! I watched the video again and they said that she doesn’t like other dogs and I have two big dogs. It’s a shame bc I would adopt her! She’s a sweetheart♥️ She might get along with my older female GSD who is really chill and doesn’t care about other dogs and gets along with any dog but my male 2 year old Cane Corso is really in dogs and people’s business lol. He’s playful but can be too much for some dogs.

@donnamccully1703 i think that is probably why she has been there for so long. Most people have other pets. It’s heartbreaking that she’s stuck in a cage 22 hours a day, instead of in a home with a yard. I pray that she will be adopted soon too🙏🏽 I’m going to send the video to my cousin. She used to have two big mixed dogs but she had to rehome them when she moved five or six years ago. Maybe she’ll want a dog now since she doesn’t have any.

But other people don’t know that so stop judging them bc they have reason to not like those breeds when they are the have the highest rate of fatalities. I have a Cane Corso and if people look at me or my daughter angrily for having him, oh well, doesn’t bother me any. I know to have thick skin and can understand why they would feel that way. Those breeds ( pit bulls, mastiffs) have been known to attack and kill their owners and children and that is why I try to be extra careful when I take him out and when someone wants to pet him

@courtykat there have been families who have never mistreated their pit bull and they’ve killed them or their children.

@mehere8038 I don’t know about extinction but they definitely should not be in a household with children and there should be hefty fines for the owners if their pit attacks a person or another dog!

@copp214 when he says “extinct”, he meant have them all neutered and spayed so they don’t reproduce and stop breeding them. The point is that they are the breed that causes the most fatalities when they do attack a child, person or other dog/animal. A chihuahua might cause harm to a child, but they’re not killing anyone. It doesn’t matter if half of them never attack anyone if the other half does bc they cause the most harm. They should have severe restrictions and never let around children.’ I have a Cane Corso and I understand the power of that breed and the harm he can do and I would never have him if my kids were still small. I also understand that he could attack me and I could possibly be killed and that is the risk that adults take when we have these breeds that were bred for protection.

I would like this video except that she’s being way too sensitive about people being cautious about her dog bc of his breed. They are either the number one or number two breeds cause of death for either children or people. I have a 100 pound Cane Corso puppy and I don’t care if people look at him the “wrong way”, especially if they have kids. I want them to be cautious and careful bc he does bark at strangers bc he’s naturally overprotective and loyal. He’s never been aggressive and we’ve had our friend’s kids play with him but I would never leave him alone with them. I don’t believe that he would attack them but I’m not taking any chances bc it could be fatal if he did. Any owner of those breeds shouldn’t get offended bc people look at them “side eyed”. Grow up. You own a breed that is known to cause fatalities just like I do. And my puppy was also abused, probably not as much as her dog but he was scared when we first met him and then bonded to us and our other dogs in a day. Other than that, I’m so glad that he found a safe home

@sslizard Seriously, you’re going there?! Lol They are banned bc they are known to maul and kill children and other dogs. The statistics prove it. Has nothing to do with the race of the owners. Mastiffs and GSDs are also banned in some apartments/housing. Do you know the race of the owners of those dogs bc I doubt that they are mostly black. I’ve seen so many white people walking their pit bulls or bully breed. The race-baiting is real 😅

How did they think an intelligent, high energy dog would behave being stuck in a cage all day with dogs whining and barking around her? They were going to euthanize a dog bc he has snapped at another dog that we had found on the street without a dog tag or chip and no response from his owner on social media and turned in to ASPCA Fortunately, we were able to get our GSD/Husky mix out before they put him down and he’s been a great, loving dog since we gave him a home and socialized him.
