@vistuscaine not if all her social media posts are presented in court. Hopefully the jury will be smarty enough to know that if they let him go that it could be one of them or their loved ones next. But it’s NYC so I won’t hold my breath

@lukecage3485 witnesses are often unreliable so a video is better. Plus his gf identified him by saying his name abd he was arrested just 5 minutes from the stabbing. They can also track his and his gf’s phone, if they had them on them. Eye witness testimony isn’t the only way to prosecute a criminal. Ever heard of DNA? He might have cut himself and he spit on her which probably got on the dead antifa bf.

I doubt it’s going to hurt the case. It’s obvious that she hates cops and that’s the reason why she doesn’t want to identify him and he’s caught on video plus the murderer’s gf called him by his first name. They just need to bring up her posts in court
