Ironic how they blame the city officials and mayors that they voted for but don’t blame themselves for voting for them 😅

@OnlyTwoShoes they do have the mindset to seek help. Most don’t want to take it. There are advocacy groups that go around trying to help the homeless but a lot of them don’t want to go into a shelter or into a mental hospital( not that the mental hospitals are all that great but it’s a warm place to sleep and to get meals and some medication) but they refuse bc they want to do drugs or drink alcohol, I have mental health issues and have been homeless. I have witnessed their behavior and mindset. Most refuse to get help and improve their lives. They expect others to fund their drug or alcohol and homeless lifestyle. I have tried to help several of them and only one family and one single mother who I helped by giving them rides to appointments and work and let a couple of them stay at my apartment for a few nights when I got one, actually did the work to get out of the shelter or off the streets. They don’t want to change or do better or work to at least pay for themselves

@OnlyTwoShoes it depends on the mental illness. My ex bf’s mom had bipolar disorder and she was very aware of it and got treatment. Unfortunately, as soon as she started feeling better, she stopped taking the medication and started doing drugs which made her worse and she had been violent with some people.

No they haven’t. They just don’t want the illegal immigrants in THEIR city and for THEM to pay for the free services that the illegals get. NIMBY
