  7.  @J.J.-hz5fv  that’s not what he said. He said it’s a crime for ANYONE, whether homeless or not, to loiter, to harass and assault people and in some places it’s illegal to panhandle and camp out or park somewhere to sleep. Like in parks they close from 12am-4am.
