  14. Squatters/renters should have to show proof that they are paying rent instead of proof of a lease or a bill in their name bc all that can be forged or faked. Show a money order receipt or check or Venmo that shows the name of the “renter” and name of the owner or property manager on the receipt/check or a bank statement. And have harsher punishments for squatters who have fake leases and have ruined the property.
