  1. Squatters/renters should have to show proof that they are paying rent instead of proof of a lease or a bill in their name bc all that can be forged or faked. Show a money order receipt or check or Venmo that shows the name of the “renter” and name of the owner or property manager on the receipt/check or a bank statement. And have harsher punishments for squatters who have fake leases and have ruined the property.

  4. Bc they claim that they are renting and have a fake lease. People stealing cars don’t get fake leases and show it to cops claiming that they are renting the car.
