  2. Rubbish. There were special relationships between Finland and USSR after the end of WWII. Finland was almost a protectorate. It was carefully neutral and very integrated in USSR economics. E.g. most of quality paper in USSR was from Finland. USSR leased Finish naval bases etc. Putin destroyed 70 years of Finland's neutrality.
