  2. Turkey is a NATO member. Direct confrontation would be too dangerous. But NATO can supply Ukraine with naval intelligence necessary to sink Russian navy ships. Since the cold war times it has a huge network of hydrophone stations.

  3. Sure, but the point is that Russian Black Sea Fleet was never be able to operate throughout all its history. In all wars it ended up on the bottom of the sea. I tend to agree that Russia will not use the fleet and will stick to bombardments of Ukrainian ports.
