  1. Difficult to say now. Nobody expected Ukraine to hold longer than one month. It shows how deep is the hole Russia sits in and how cohesive Ukrainian nation became. Should Ukraine become a successful state, it would show people in Russia that maybe they could carve smaller more manageable and comfortable to live in states out of the old rotting empire. I think that one of Putin's motives was to keep Russians/Ukrainians/White Russians under impression that they could never create a successful Western state. За вашу и нашу свободу!
