  2. Not surprising to me based on what I know about the mafia US government. The CIA used to smuggle large amounts of drugs from Central and South Americas to be sold on the American streets and much of the profits were used in covert operations to overthrow various governments across the world! These were governments that dared to refuse orders from the US government!
