  3. It took over 3 years for them to fix 1.5 mile of a road that leads to my house! The entire time when they closed the road they put up barriers so that we can’t use the road! My friend’s restaurant had 50% of its parking space blocked off for 4.5 years because the city of Baltimore dug a 20+ foot hole in it to fix old water and sewage pipes that were leaking. After they dug the hole the project was put on hold because the city and the state were disagreeing on who should pay for the project!
