  1. She had some scandal too, with throwing Alex Salmond her predecessor and mentor under the bus. I believe he was accused falsely of sexual assault and acquitted because it was fabricated and Sturgeon was involved or her husband. Craig Murray covered it all on his blog. So Sturgeon isn't squeaky clean after all like her image suggests. I will say though she towered above her rivals despite her height, as she always was composed and coherent unlike that Westminster rabble.
