@JT-si6bl Yes. If the public don't take the time to scrutinise their potential MP'S then they can't complain when they turn out to be terrible. The general public needs to take back their power.

@stephenwalker2924 Of course not! We elected all these people to rule over us. When Boris broke all the rules during the brexit referendum and lied during the Covid lockdown there were still people that didn't want to see him go! If we elect labour under Starmer we are going to suffer even more as he promises nothing to the electorate but the status quo.

@Nick-kb6jd Precisely right. People voted for Boris Johnson and then were surprised that he broke all the rules and punished him for lying to them. He is responsible for the collapse of the Conversative Party yet ultimately the voters are to blame. When Labour get in and we are once again deeply disappointed with their governance then we must accept it is our own fault.
