I actually didn't think Putin's tribute to Prigozhin was heartfelt at all. He seemed to say very little in praise of him which made me suspicious.

Iran has loyalty to it's friends and the Russians especially know they are their most reliable ally, even above China as they provided military assistance to Russia with their drones. They also have a educated population which is a boon to any nation in it's development. Iran is the only country to stand up to Israel which is why they are feared by the West.
