I think bringing coal burning back to Germany where it can be overseen is better than having it burned in China. Burning coal in Germany allows environmental agencies to use biological filtering to filter the smoke, which can in turn be burned later after capture. The process can also be used in water purification at no additional energy expense. This would be cleaner than how China or other developing countries would use it. Exporting it is dirtier than burning it in Germany, and also goes against the narrative's lie.

Some people even try to burn down their own business to liquidate it, and then get caught and thrown in jail for insurance fraud. Its not always undesirable to have your business burnt down.
