  1. The corresponding lie is that pictures are too dangerous for civilians. The obscenity exemption for free speech is just as acceptable as any gun restriction. I support a Miller test to determine if a gun is too obscene to be protected by the constitution until the obscenity exemption is removed as unconstitutional. If you can't handle an offensive picture, you definitely can't handle a gun.
