  2. io sono the unibomber manifesto explains that as technology improves, liberty is lost by all of humanity. africa has the least technological development out of all of the continents on the planet. so yes, nobody would need europe. in fact there would be more freedom without europe or asia. i am sure not many would be too sad at the downfall of europe. if all white people died tomorrow there probably wouldn't be a whole lot of mourning over it. however if all black people died, there would be a lot of people who would celebrate, and africa would quickly catch up with the rest of the world after other people came in to colonize it.
