  1. A lot of restaurants would have benefitted by being burnt down and liquidated by insurance rather than be destroyed by lockdowns. Some people even try to burn down their own business to liquidate it, and then get caught and thrown in jail for insurance fraud. Its not always undesirable to have your business burnt down. I am guessing around one in three of those restaurant owners are pretty happy their business got burnt down.
