  1. I could support a test, similar to the Miller test, to check if a gun is too offensive to be protected by the constitution. If good moral people can find exceptions for protection of speech, then I am sure you can find some for guns.

  2.  @NitrousFox  I support treating people like they treat others. There shouldn't be exceptions to our rights but if there is, they should be made to fail to protect people who fail to protect the rights and the constitution. When the left or right goes against basic freedom, then I think their basic freedom should be ignored.
