  1. human trafficking and child trafficking has been expanded so much as to be rendered a useless descriptor. lets say you are a 17 year old boy living in mexico and you are trying to get to the US and move in with some aunt who lives there. you save up some money, you get on uber and hire a driver to take you across the border. the person driving the uber car is now guilty of human trafficking of a child. expansion of laws to include things to include people or actions that were not originally intended when the law was put into place devalue such laws.
