  1. Unelected and unaccountable bureaucrats should not be able to use loopholes that the common public cannot use. Positions that can make rules over the public are public positions and should be held accountable to the public. Doing anything else is a breach of public contract, and anyone sought after by another armed group is in their full right to defend themselves with deadly force.
