  1. Civil asset forfeiture isn't theft in the same way that statutory rape is rape, because the law was written to define it that way regardless of the truth.

  2. I don't think guns should be banned anymore than speech is. If something being offensive enough for snowflakes to ban constitutional protection, well guns are more offensive than pictures. If you can't handle a dirty picture, you can't handle a gun.
