  2. ​ @bbbean strangely it's often malnourishment that leads to obesity. If you eat lots of low nourishment food, you will have to eat more, maybe a lot more to get the nutrients that you need. They eat more because they need more. If they were on high nutrient dense foods, their body wouldn't send ques to eat so much.
