  1. A person who can freely change the continent they are on and skips through several countries is NOT a refugee. Go ahead and count them as refugees, then I say we need to stop helping refugees. Broaden the term too much, and people will oppose helping them. I advise you stick to the original meaning of the word, someone who is in life threatening need of refuge, not someone who can freely hop from country to country.
