  1. I don't think regulation is a good idea at this point, it would just create grandfathered in markets, lock out competition, and keep power in the hands of the elite while out of the people. The few and the rich benefit from regulation, the masses benefit from deregulation. Instead of trying to monopolize this information, we should distribute it to everyone. Instead of trying to centralize this power, it should be ubiquitous to the point of being irrelevant as everyone has access to it.
