  3. anonymouse27 are the laws enforced? if not than you can do what you want to do. its that simple. if you live in a dictatorship that refuses to enforce its rules, than you live in freedom.

  4. anonymouse27 ever hear about "black markets"? they thrive in third world countries, because third world countries do not have the resources to stamp out the black markets. often the police can be paid to look the other way, so the laws are not enforced. show me a third world country where i can't pay $200 to have a cop look the other way, while i break the laws that the dictator tries to push on me.
