  1. i'm a sexual abuse survivor. i think we should use fMRI to study if someone is remembering something or making something up. that way the mikes o the world that are innocent can be shown to be innocent. and then when a woman falsely accuses a guy of rape, she gets sentenced with a sentence that a rapist would get. that way those who do wrong are held accountable, and there is a real deterrence for violating the rights of another human being. we live in a false rape claim culture. where false rape accusers are not only believed at face value, but are able to demand that men have their lives destroyed with no due process of law. that needs to change, and fMRI's can help a great deal in determining the difference between a rape victim and a false rape accuser.
