  1. Already the primary thing I look for is ingredients. There are several things that I disagree with "the experts" on. I'll take saturated fat over polyunsaturated fat every time. I'll gladly triple my salt intake, but won't eat even ten percent of the recommended carbohydrates.

  2.  @ppploan7625  I do fine however, regardless of what is said about that stuff. To be fair if you count my intake in one week chunks, I tend to average out. On one day I'll eat way more salt than recommended, on another I'll have very little salt at all.
