  1. There are various flora that can remove some radioisotopes. Normally you might be concerned about that leading to contamination spreading to wildlife. But you can incinerate and separate these for containment so that the radioisotopes are condensed and contained. I think gypsum stacks pose a national security threat. What if a nuclear bomb was dropped on this stack on a windy day? We need to disarm and contain them. Maybe process them into breeding/donor rods for a thorium reactor.
