  1. Stone age is best age. Basic reason for this, not overpopulated and easy nomadic behavior fills all your needs. Nobody owns land on a permanent basis, and overpopulation hasn't pushed it into large scale warfare just yet. Keeping prisoners or slaves is a chore and is difficult to do, so slavery is indentured and for a set time period, a relatively kind form of slavery compared to agricultural slavery. Trade doesn't have universal money yet, so slavery is not much different then normal life. Stone age slaves had a better life than money can afford in the modern world. The richest people on the planet now are not so free as stone age slaves were.
