  3. Sounds to me like you are young and that you live with a narcissistic family member. Try to spend more time with your friends around their families and do your best to learn from them. Your family is failing you and reinforcing bad relationship dynamics.

  4. I don't know that self help raises my cortisol. It was really nasty to begin with. Self help has taught me a couple methods of manually flushing out my cortisol.
