  1. Refugees from Syria are a world different than illegal economic immigrants. Conflating the two is a drastic insult to those who had family members killed in war.

  2. You realize that many Syrians are Christian right? It was one of those rare countries where Christians and Muslims lived together in relative peace. Look at how many of the terrorists in Europe were Syrian, then consider that ISIS was attacking Syria. Syria is not synonomous with Islam.
