  1. trump is working for himself instead of the people who payed for his campaign. its no more a conflict of interest than the status quo of having someone outside of the family run for president and promote your business. maybe once upon a time these laws were relevant, but the way politics have been going for the last 50 years that is no longer the case. those who sponsor campaigns are just like family with the only difference being shared blood and name.
