Different people have different priorities. You can show a horse the writing on the wall, but you can't make it read.

I am less able to adapt and less cooperative towards goals that are against my own interests. They hire young people and pay them next to nothing. Exploit the exploiters.

I disagree with the order of things. Once my first step is done I'll worry about the second. Can't be bothered to save the world without first having a reason to do so.

From what I (poorly) understand, US has got some of the best silicon mines, and we previously were being highly inefficient by sending it to other countries to be turned into semiconductors. This was being done for both economic and power limiting purposes. It should all be drawn back into internal borders and shored up for national defense.

The millennials are the most educated generation in human history. There is no shortage of skilled labor here, we have skilled labor leaving to other countries every day. The shortage here is compensation for skill. Electric trucks are a terrible idea and it doesn't take a think tank to figure out that it is a going to lose a lot of money. Build trains and canals.

RandomVariable the same Ada Lovelace who repurposed the man Charles Babbage's computing machine? Are you giving her credit for his work as well as this man's work?

I disagree, energy should be local and locally controlled. Creating large international grids sounds like a dangerous way to put terrorists in the position of bottlenecks and create unnecessary fragile weak points of a nation to be exploited by its enemies. The sad reality is that the plutocrats have exposed their hand and overstepped their bounds.
