Von Neumann is likely the smartest man in known human history. If you disagree with him over a mater of fact, it is almost certain that you are wrong. I know of one and only one occasion where he was shown to be wrong about anything. That is the industry for me. edit: oh context, BTL chips are "better than life" chips, you plug them into your brain essentially and they feed you false sensory information that makes your life much more interesting. They are illegal in the game because they are considered like a highly addictive drug. People will almost always chose to use them over living normal lives. They can be recorded from another person's experiences or crafted like a movie or game of sorts, but when someone plugs it in it runs its program and gives them a good time that real life could not give them.
