  1. Democracy in the day and age of big tech, rigged elections, big data, AI driven behavioral control programs and the like anymore is just giving rule of your country to the Big Tech players. It never brings more freedom, and more prosperity in the long run. Rather it gives a quick and massive gain in freedom and prosperity and then slowly siphons more and more of it away until there is worse poverty than before and foreign companies own everything of worth. Don't take my word for it. Go study the happiness of people in modern democratic countries, they are rioting in almost all of them. The king didn't make you poor, everyone is poor right now. People have to work together to mitigate the damage to come, and the damage is coming no matter what style of government you have.
