  1. unemployment is a rigged statistic. we have massive underemployment problems, we have record number of people on disability, and we have a huge number of people who are unemployed but no longer looking for work as well as part time workers who want full time jobs. the agencies that are required to work to reduce unemployment are doing it by shuffling numbers instead of creating policies that create government jobs to fill in demand. meanwhile we still lack infrastructure and labor to reduce global climate change problems.
