  1. I am sure there are very specific types of cancer that can be vaccinated against, but the majority of types of cancer cannot be prevented with vaccines. And even the types of cancer that hypothetically could be vaccinated against could form in a different way and be unaffected by the vaccine. Cancer isn't like the flu, it works completely differently, its not a virus. Also, NOTHING can prevent cancer in creatures that live long enough and have DNA that splits to form proteins. It is a mathematical fact, go blame entropy if you want.
