Joshua Phillips https://www.nasa.gov/topics/earth/features/arctic-antarctic-ice.html The arctic ocean is losing ice faster than the Antarctic is gaining, the fact that Antarctica is gaining sea ice does not somehow show that global warming is false. But not knowing it, means that you are one of those dipshits who mindlessly believes whatever media tells you. And you sat here and argued with me when I told you to go to NASA about it, then you claimed you were right. People like you are why climate change deniers exist.

Joshua Phillips NASA seems to think that Antarctica is growing and amassing ice faster than the ice is melting and that this actually reduces sea level by nearly a quarter of a millimeter per year. But I know some of you conspiracy nuts don't trust scientific institutions like NASA. I bet you think the lunar landing was a hoax too.

Joshua Phillips Caffeine? I get it in my coffee. Also you can just google "is Antarctica growing or shrinking, NASA" and get a quick link to NASA's statement on this.

Joshua Phillips you are the flat earther here, not me.

Joshua Phillips No, I said Antarctica is NOT making up for the losses. The growth of Antarctica is around 0.23mm per year. Actually it has sped up since then but I don't have good numbers, here is an acticle written last year. https://wattsupwiththat.com/2019/02/24/strong-arctic-sea-ice-growth-this-year/ What I am saying is that you are in denial of simple facts. That Antarctica is growing. You claim it isn't growing. Then someone comes along and they see it. And if they bother to check into simple facts, the person who seems to be supporting climate change is factually wrong. If you don't know what you are talking about, you probably shouldn't be talking about it. Because when you get things wrong, the people will spread you being wrong. How many climate change deniers quote people like you being factually wrong about things? So once again, people like you, who deny simple facts rather than discuss nuances. Well I hope you don't really care about the climate, because you sure are helping people deny that climate change is occurring. You have freedom of speech. But there are consequences to your speech.

Joshua Phillips https://www.climate.gov/news-features/features/despite-antarctic-gains-global-sea-ice-shrinking Here is probably where you were getting your data from. 2017 was an anomaly, and from what I have seen the 2018 bounce back mentioned in the article was smaller than the gains seen in 2019. This article is old as well, perhaps it is also no longer relevant? Or at least I think I should suppose that if trying to reason like you were in your last response to me.
