  1. A long time ago Turkey offered to hold all of the refugees and immigrants in large camps that were to be paid for by the EU at the cost of 2 billion Euros per year. An agreement was made and Turkey held them for a year, and the EU failed to pay. Afterward Turkey stopped holding the refugees.
