  1. They need to be helped at home. More research needs to be done on how to throw more humidity into the air in key places so as to create more rainfall in drought ridden areas. International efforts need to be made so as to find means for geoengineering to help fix these problems. The mass movement of these people often creates severe human rights issues with where they are moved too. The right to self defense trumps the right to move, the right to self defense is the very first human right. There are no other human rights without it.
