  1. Smart protesters, they are recording the protest. This is how you capture the alphabet agencies that pose as protesters as do terrible things in order to get the movement shut down. I would recommend drones as well, you want to get all angles and really track down the saboteurs. Even if the violent ones aren't alphabet agents, at least it shows that the protesters intend on being peaceful protesters. That being said, the peace corps exist for a reason as a sister agency to the military. JFK would have never succeeded without Malcom X. Every successful revolution has a peaceful arm and a violent arm.
