  1. +Spencer you realize that we are herd animals and that for a very long time now it is the survival of the herd and not the individual that has driven human evolution right? using a model of single predator selection does not represent our evolution of morality. allowing others to be harmed is detrimental to your survival in a herd. the herd will kick you out, and you are much more likely to die. in fact in our human herd today, if you perform harmful actions on people, the herd puts you in jail and punishes you for doing so.

Hans Smirnov happens all the time in prokaryotes in the process of conjunction. don't know why you are calling me an idiot when a known simple mechanism does exactly what you are talking about. or do you not consider this a mutation because of how controlled it is? than what in nature created nylonase?
