  1. US media and Hollywood will never show these voices. Prostitution isn't the same in the US because our culture is very different when it comes to politeness. I doubt many prostitutes get thanked although their customers would probably do so if they thought about it or if it was normal to do so. But our society insists on framing male sexuality as evil, so women catering to male sexuality must also be evil. They will only tell bad stories about it, if the girl has good things to say about it they will not allow her to speak.
